Rule # 1: Money back


The buyer has a period of 7 days frank from the delivery to return the part to mobile Rpm. (Seller), if it would not be totally satisfied.

The seller agrees to pay the buyer the price of the part sold less the cost of shipping and handling if it satisfies the following conditions, viz.

The buyer must return the item purchased in perfect condition in its original packaging, with his invoice and the completed back heel. If the purchased piece has been reasonable testing; in case the piece of wear, breakage aparents, the buyer will be denied any claim.

The buyer shall ensure that the purchased item is actually received by the seller in order to request a refund. Thus, to be eligible for a refund, the buyer's interest to use a delivery method ensured as registered mail offered by Canada Post, all dependents.

Seller may at its discretion agree to reimburse the buyer even if it fails to comply with each of the above described conditions. The seller may claim from the buyer a penalty of twenty (20) cents for the purchase price of the item sold, which amount will be deducted from the refund.


This warranty is not transferable to a third party and is only granted to the Buyer.

Rule 2


Buyer agrees to pay the full agreed purchase price, including applicable taxes in one lump sum or in monthly payments described on the front of the bill. Failure by the buyer to have paid the agreed purchase price, the buyer may be sued by the seller in addition to the agreed purchase price, an additional penalty of 10% of the said agreed purchase price.

In case of difficulties in the application hereof, the buyer has the option, before any legal action to seek an amicable solution with mobile Rpm

Rule # 4


The buyer agrees to pay the seller the T.V.Q. and T.P.S. payable in respect of any item subject to an order
